General Information

• Location of classes: All classes held in Pilates Plus located in the community center in the Gold Hill Mesa Subdivision at Lower Gold Camp Road and 21st Street just south of Hwy 24.

• Must be at least 13 years old and have an evaluation in office prior to starting classes - $50
• Class Rates: Discount for classes paid in advance: 4 Classes within same month: Reformer $20 per class; Intro, Matwork, or Yoga classes $10 per class
• Drop-in Class Rate: Reformer: $25; Intro, Matwork, & Yoga: $15 

Pilates sessions are offered in four formats as described below:

Private: Personal Pilates training is done on a one-on-one basis. Clients may choose to do the entire workout on the mat, on the Pilates Reformer, or a combination of the equipment including the Chair and Cadillac.

Semi-Private (Duet): Two students share a workout on the equipment or mat, with one trainer providing the instruction.

Small Group Class: All equipment classes are choreographed to provide a total body workout utilizing the spring resistance of the Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs and Chairs. Up to six students may workout simultaneously on the equipment. The instructor will lead the class through a series of exercises ranging from beginning to advanced levels customizing each move in accordance to the individual needs of the students.

Mat Class: A fun and invigorating Pilates workout that teaches a series of controlled movements on the mat. This exercise regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance, with an emphasis on posture. The Pilates mat classes are suitable for any level, and may utilize small props to bring additional challenge to the workout.
