Pilates for Cyclists Workshop

Taught by Lauri Stricker, author of Pilates for the Outdoor Athlete

Learn how to maximize your cycling with Pilates. This workshop is designed for the cyclist who wants to prevent sport specific injuries, improve performance, and maintain longevity. Learn cycling cross-training exercises using Pilates apparatus and matwork. Pilates will help you ride smoother, pedal longer, and avoid injury.

MEN'S POWER YOGA - Taught by John Anthony

This Yoga class is designed for men to gain strength and flexibility.

Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

KETTLE BELLS - Taught by Autum Romano

This is a great total body workout designed for toning & strengthening your body.
