Our mission at Pilates Plus is to create a spiritual, serene, and peaceful environment for massage. We promote better health and well being through massage and bodywork techniques. Our desire is to encourage and inspire everyone who enters our studio. We pride ourselves on giving personal, exclusive attention and customized massages. We are dedicated to assisting individuals in improving their health and quality of life. We believe that achieving balance in body, mind and spirit will help create a happy and healthy life. Pilates Plus is a professional studio offering non-sexual, therapeutic massage to encourage relaxation and promote health.

We offer the following services:

• All types of massage from Swedish to Therapeutic
• Swedish Relaxing Massage  $60/hr  $85/hour and a half
• Orthopedic Massage that involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of locomotor soft tissues to reduce or eliminate pain and dysfunction: $70 /hr   $95/hour and a half
• Aqua Motion: The latest in body work done in warm water while listening to music through underwater speakers. The client chooses the music from our large medical music library to enhance their total relaxation experience. $40/half hour       $75/hour
• Hot Stone Massage: As effective as therapeutic massage to eliminate muscle tension, Hot Stone Massage can do even more! Smooth, heavy basalt stones are heated to a comfortable level, and used with oil to massage the muscles and soft tissues. At times during the massage, the stones are placed at key points on the body for some specific heat therapy. The heat acts quickly to melt away the discomfort of tension and stress. $85
• Reflexology: Performed on the feet specifically to speed the healing process by activating the nervous system of the body and balancing the vital energies among the various systems. $60
• Couples Massage- Start off the session with wine and cheese, followed by a stress relieving massage. Two therapists simultaneously perform hour-long massages. Go home feeling totally relaxed and pampered. $175
• Hand and Feet Treatment- Start off with a scrub removing dry skin, followed by a foot bath while getting a hand treatment and finish off with a hot wax treatment. Your hands and feet will feel so soft. $60

When You Arrive

All new clients will complete an information form. This provides insight into a client's primary complaint, current health, lifestyle and medical history allowing the therapist to focus on the appropriate direction of the session.

Your Massage Session

Your information form will be reviewed by your therapist prior to the session. After all your questions are answered and a review of your needs are assessed, you will undress in privacy and begin to relax on the massage table. Each client disrobes to their comfort level. The therapist will re-enter the room when you are ready and begin your session. The typical full-body massage includes work on your back, legs, feet, neck, arms, hands and scalp. A high level of respect is maintained for all clients, only uncovering those areas being worked on. You have the right to open communication with your therapist. Please tell us if the pressure or temperature needs to be adjusted for your comfort level. If you are pleased with your massage, add a gratuity for your therapist. If not please let us know.

What to Expect After Your Massage

Depending on the kind of massage you receive, and your current state of health, your body may feel a variety of different things. You might feel completely relaxed from a traditional Swedish massage, or you could feel utterly spent after a Therapeutic / Deep Tissue Massage. It is highly recommended that after any massage/bodywork session that you drink plenty of water. Any session will loosen many toxins in your body and the added water will help with proper elimination.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. We understand that "life happens," but please remember that those who abuse our good grace with this policy will be charged the full rate for their appointment.

Late Arrivals
We take pride in the fact that our clients' appointments are on time and never rushed. Therefore, as a courtesy to everyone, thank you in advance for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the schedule session and you will be charged for the full amount of your originally scheduled appointment.
